Roads and Construction Stockholm conducts land exploitation, builds roads, bridges, railways, and water and sewage facilities. Regardless of the project, the goal is always to deliver a product that makes both our customers and ourselves proud and satisfied. Some of the projects where we are involved in creating future solutions include the landmark Slussen and the BECCS facility in Värtahamnen, where we perform construction work for one of the world's largest facilities for capturing and permanently storing biogenic carbon dioxide. We also work in large development areas such as Barkarbystaden and Årstafältet, where we prepare the land for both housing and commercial properties.

With us, you have the opportunity to get a summer job with stimulating tasks and engaged colleagues. We get resource reinforcement during the summer, and you will have the chance to get to know the industry and gain insight into what it's like to work on one of our projects.

You will be placed on one of our projects in the Stockholm area. We have both smaller and larger projects with different challenges that you will be part of.

As a summer employee with us, you will be part of the production where we work together with a focus on safety, productivity, and quality. You will be assigned a mentor and support our skilled workers and supervisors with the daily operations of the work sites.

Examples of Tasks:

• Update APD plans.
• Create work preparations.
• Gain insight into the project's environmental and work environment monitoring.
• Learn about measurement techniques.
• Work with drawing management.

We offer summer jobs for those studying at colleges, universities, or vocational schools in construction and civil engineering. The summer job with us gives you the opportunity to connect practice to your theoretical knowledge, and you will also gain valuable experience to take with you into your continued studies and future career in our exciting industry.
